1. Delivery:
- to Poland is carried out by DPD, InPost and Orlen Paczka couriers:
Courier 48 with delivery to the customer or point within 2-3 business days after the date of posting
- abroad by DHL, UPS or DPD courier within 2-6 working days after the date of posting.

2. Shipping costs:
- FREE! (in Poland, for orders worth at least PLN 400 - DPD)
- FREE! (in Poland, for orders worth at least PLN 50 - InPost/Orlen)
- PLN 18.50 (Poland - DPD)
- PLN 0 (personal collection in Łódź, at the address given in the next point)
- International shipping costs depend on the size and value of the order and the place of delivery.

We know you’re excited to get your new bra as soon as possible – and we totally understand! If you’re in a rush, be sure to look for models marked as “in stock” (under the “show only” filter).

But if your size isn’t available right away, no need to worry – we’ll make one just for you! It’ll be crafted with love and care right here in Łódź, Poland <3 It usually takes us 2-3 weeks to complete your order. Good things take time, and we pour our hearts into creating the perfect bra for you. Since we’re a small workshop, we can’t keep every size of every model ready to go – with our wide size range, we’d need a huge warehouse for that!

Is the wait worth it? Absolutely! Not just for the unbeatable comfort, but because 2-3 weeks is nothing compared to how long you’ll enjoy wearing your new bra.

And just in case you’re wondering – having a bra made just for you doesn’t affect returns. You can return any bra within 30 days of delivery, no questions asked.
