For some time, or rather from some weight, I was not able to wear sundresses, I mean I wore them, but I had to put on ugly underwear with long legs, otherwise I experienced thigh chafing ... sounds familiar?

How to measure?
Measure your thigh in its widest part, standing and bare.
Make sure the tape is not too tight nor too loose and it is parrallel to the floor.
If you fall in between sizes opt for the smaller one.
