3. Our cookies meaning cookies set by the administrator via the website, connected with providing electronically services.
4. Third Party cookies meaning cookies set by the administrator’s partners via the website.
5. Website meaning the internet site or application where the administrator runs its online service, working on the domain: ewa-michalak.pl.
6. Device meaning electronic equipment the user uses to access the website.
7. User meaning the entity who (in accordance with the regulations and the law) can be provided with electronically supplied services or with whom an agrement on providing electronically supplied services can be concluded.

II. Types of cookies.

1. Cookies used by administrator are safe for user’s device. It is not possible to send viruses, unwanted or malicious software through them. Cookie files allow to identify user’s device software and adjust the site to the user. Cookies usually include the name of the domain they came from, the durability and the value.
2. Administartor uses two types of cookies:
· session cookies – temporary cookies that expire at the end of the browser session. The saved data is permamently deleted from the device memory. No personal or identification data is retrieved from the user’s device.
· persistent cookies – cookies stored on user’s device between browsing sessions until expiry or deletion. No personal or identification data is retrieved from the user’s device.
